Paulo Dybala

New Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag wants the club to swoop for Juventus playmaker Paulo Dybala.

The Argentine’s contract is coming to an end next month and there is a possibility that he will be looking for a new challenge and it is believed that ten Hag has informed his club about the player.

The Dutchman will oversee the overhaul in the summer with United is set to hand him a transfer war chest of around £200m and according to Corriere Dello Sport, the manager feels that Dybala fit his style of play.

In the overhaul, Ten Hag doesn’t want to waste money and might go for a few free agents, and with Dybala yet to decide on whether to extend his stay with the Serie A giants, a good salary at United might convince him to switch clubs.

Dybala has made around 300 appearances for the Bianconeri, amassing 114 goals and 48 assists whilst also being pivotal in the club’s dominance in the Serie A and their run-up finish in the 2016/17 Champions League campaign.

United will however face tough competition from Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, and Inter Milan for Dybala’s signature.
