Manchester United wants a swap deal with Flamengo involving midfielder Joao Gomes and Andreas Perreira.
Perreira is on a season-long loan at the club and United is willing to listen to offers for him with the Brazilian side said to be keen on signing the player permanently. According to reports from Coluna do Fla, United will need Gomes if such a deal is to take place.
It’s claimed that Manchester United is willing to pay £32m for the 21-year-old midfielder plus Perreira something that the Brazilian side feels will be a good deal.
Flamengo has an option to buy Pereira which is expected to be completed soon – but United could offer him for free in exchange for a knocked-down fee for Gomes.

Perreira has found games hard to come by at United with the kind of midfielders at the club with the player having spent last season on loan at Lazio.
The Brazilian has expressed his desire to play regularly at the club level something that the English giants haven’t promised.
