Tammy Abraham

Manchester United’s search for a striker might see them sign Tammy Abraham from Serie A giants AS Roma.

The English giants are likely to lose a chunk of players in the summer with this troop led by Edinson Cavani and according to reports, they are in the market for able replacements.

Abraham has enjoyed an excellent first season with Roma after signing from Chelsea in a £34m deal last summer, scoring 23 goals in all competitions for the Italian side.

Italian newspaper Il Messaggero, as per Football Italia, reports the Red Devils are considering an approach for Abraham who thinks he has an unfinished business in England after being unfairly treated by the Blues.

Abraham was linked with several Premier League sides including Arsenal last summer, but a deal couldn’t be found with the player opting to move abroad to work with Jose Mourinho where he has become one of their most important players.

The striker’s form saw him included in Gareth Southgate’s England squad for the upcoming fixtures with Ivory Coast and Switzerland but has since withdrawn from the squad with a back problem.
