Europa League

The 2021/22 Europa League last eight lineup is complete following Thursday night’s action across Europe.

The big guns still in the competition ensured safe passage to the quarter-finals, with the draw set for Friday in Nyon, Switzerland.

Barcelona ensured they kept their hopes of winning the competition alive with a disciplined performance in Turkey, beating Galatasaray 2-1 despite going down midway through the first half.

In England, West Ham recorded a memorable win, knocking out six-time UEFA Europa League winners Sevilla in extra time.

The Spanish side led the tie 1-0 on aggregate from the first leg played a week ago, but a Tuomas Soucek header in the first half leveled the scores before Andriy Yarmolenko got the winner in extra time.

Here are the teams that will be in the draw later today;

  • 🇮🇹 Atalanta
  • 🇪🇸 Barcelona
  • 🇵🇹 Braga
  • 🇩🇪 Eintracht Frankfurt
  • 🇩🇪 Leipzig
  • 🇫🇷 Lyon
  • 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Rangers
  • 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 West Ham

The draw will be conducted after the Champions League draw.
