Bayern Munich star Alphonso Davies has urged the Liverpool board to get serious about Mohamed Salah’s new deal.
Salah is yet to sign a new deal with the player representative Ramy Abbas Issa wanting more for his client something that Liverpool have refused to accept.
Issa added fuel to the fire on Friday by posting laughing emojis on Twitter shortly after Jurgen Klopp declared a decision over an extension is down to the Egyptian with the Reds being adamant that what they had offered for the player was the best they could find him.
The debate has seen Davies urge the club to give Salah what he deserves as he wants to stay at Anfield
“Mo Salah has rejected Liverpool’s latest contract offer – wow! But he has no intention of leaving the club. So, Mo Salah wants to stay but has rejected the last offer. Give the guy his money, man,” Davies said when he stumbled upon an article on Salah when live streaming for his fans.
Reports have claimed that talks between both parties have ‘broken down’ due to wage demands as Salah wants to earn as other established Premier League stars something that Liverpool can’t promise due to his age.
