EYEING MILESTONE! Liverpool are on the verge of becoming the fourth club in the Premier League to reach 600th victory when they take on West Ham United today evening.
Manchester United, Chelsea, and Arsenal have already clocked 600 wins in the Premier League and the Reds could join the trio if they down the Hammers. Jurgen Klopp’s men are also three goals away from scoring their 2000th in the Premier League era, only United have more (2172).
Liverpool will set a new club record of 18 different league scorers in a single campaign if any of their players scores his first league goal of the season today.
Mohamed Salah is one goal short of reaching 20 league goals in a single campaign for the fourth time in his five seasons with the Reds. He scored 19 times in the other campaign.
A strike from the Egyptian will see him equal John Toshack’s club record of 10 goals against West Ham in all competitions.
