Real Madrid might move for Manchester City midfielder Bernardo Silva in the summer.
A report by Spanish outlet Defensa Central claims that Silva is the subject of interest from Real Madrid over a possible move in the summer transfer window as they are lining him up as a possible replacement for Dani Ceballos and Isco.
While Isco appears destined to depart the Santiago Bernabeu as a free agent, Ceballos might be on his way to embark on a new adventure after a few frustrating years with Real Madrid.
Silva is enjoying an excellent 2021/22 campaign after recording ten goals and three assists in 35 appearances across all competitions but the player is said to be unhappy at City as he wants to be a main man in the team.
Pep Guardiola has frequently rotated his team and it is something that the Portuguese international is said not to like.
Silva came to the limelight when he guided AS Monaco to a shock Ligue 1 title in the 2016/17 season with the 27-year-old establishing himself as one of the best playmakers in Europe.
Apart from Silva, Jude Bellinghamis another player who is being linked with a move to Madrid as they seek to find long-term replacements in their aging midfield.
