DR Congo striker Cedric Bakambu is set to return to Europe with Ligue One side Marseille said to be interested in his services.
Bakambu has been in the books of the Chinese side Beijing Guoan but is currently a free agent following the end of his contract last month and despite reports linking him with Juventus before, French portals L’Équipe du soir and Ouest France reports that he will be moving to France.
Marseille is set to hand the 30 year old Congolese a two-year deal with an option to extend it should he hit the ground running.

The player who previously featured for Villarreal and Sochaux is also attracting interest from Lyon, Lille, Sevilla, and Nice.
Marseille are said to be in the market for a striker with the future of Arkadiusz Milik still uncertain with the Polish recently linked with a move to Juventus. According to the reports, an appropriate offer could persuade president Pablo Longoria to allow a sale for the player.
