Premier League side Watford wants to raid Arsenal in January for the services of defender Sead Kolasinac.

The Bosnian has not played for the Gunners since their 5-0 defeat to Manchester City in the third game of the season and is currently recovering from an injury sustained on international duty.

With six months remaining on his current deal at the Emirates, Ranieri sees him as one potential solution to Watford’s defensive issues and would look to deploy him as a center-back, presumably on the left side of a back three, for the remainder of the season.

The player has found games to come by as manager Mikel Arteta prefers Tierney at left-back with Tavarez being the other option in the position.

Instead of losing him free in the summer, Arsenal is reportedly hard to listen to offers for the player in January and would want to cash on him so as to boost their transfer kitty as they search for new players.
