Thomas Muller has aimed a dig at FC Barcelona after helping Bayern eliminate the Spanish giants out of the Champions League.
Bayern beat Barca 3-0 on Wednesday night with Muller being among the goalscorers and according to the German, their opponents couldn’t cope with their intensity.

“Barcelona cannot cope with the intensity. Technically and tactically, they have it all. But at the highest level, they cannot match the intensity of the game,” Muller told DAZN after the game.
With the goal, Muller has now scored the most number of goals by any player against Barcelona in the Champions League with their elimination from the competition’s group stage being the first since 2000.

With the team now set to compete in the UEFA Europa League, the focus will shift towards going the distance in the secondary continental competition.
