Botswana club Township Rollers F.C. has confirmed it has parted ways with former Gor Mahia head coach Hassan Oktay on mutual consent.
Oktay leaves Rollers after just four months after he took over in August leading the team to just nine games.
“This serves to inform Ma-Popa that the club and coach Hassan Oktay have agreed to part ways amicably with immediate effect,” a statement from the club read.
“We wish to inform you further that Mr. Oarabile ‘Wilshere’ Seabo has been appointed interim head coach, subject to approval by BFA until a more permanent solution has been found,” the club confirmed.
Seabo’s first assignment will be against Rollers’ former mentor, Rahman Gumbo as Popa take on Sua Flamingoes this weekend.
