Liverpool could be without three key players when they play Arsenal in the Premier League on Saturday.
The Reds will host Mikel Arteta’s team on Saturday evening, hoping to bounce back from their recent loss away to West Ham.
Manager Jurgen Klopp could however miss the services of Sadio Mane and Jordan Henderson, who picked injuries while on international duty.
Mane was withdrawn early on in Senegal’s match against Togo on Thursday evening and was replaced by Boulaye Dia, even though coach Aliou Cisse revealed the injury was nothing serious.
Henderson, on the other hand, will miss Monday night’s match between England and San Marino.
In a statement, the England camp revealed the Liverpool captain, alongside Man City’s Raheem Sterling and Jack Grealish, as well as Luke Shaw and Mason Mount will not be part of the team.
The two join Roberto Firmino on the treatment table ahead of the eagerly anticipated clash at Anfield.
Liverpool are currently fourth on the standings on 22 points, two ahead of the Gunners in fifth.
