The mighty South American and world giants Argentina have revealed their latest squad selection for the 2022 World Cup qualifiers.

Argentina will lock horns with continental bitter rivals Brazil and Uruguay as the days edge closer to finalising who will march on to Qatar.

Paris Saint-Germain’s superstar Lionel Messi has, perhaps unsurprisingly, been selected despite an injury.

Other noteworthy call-ups include the return of Juventus star Paulo Dybala, while Tigres’ goalkeeper 17-year-old goalkeeper Federico Gomes Gerth also makes the list – and of course the long-anticipated call-up of Thiago Almada.
