Xavi Hernandes hopes that an agreement can be reached between Barcelona and his slub Al Sadd over his future in the coming days.
Xavi has heavily been linked with a return to Barcelona following the sacking of Ronald Koeman and while his club Al Sadd is reluctant to let him go, Barca are confident that they will lure their former player to take over the reins at Camp Nou.
Xavi revealed that he wasn’t aware how negotiations between his club and Barca were going but remains positive that a solution would be found.

“I don’t know what will happen. The two clubs are in talks and we will see how it pans out. I am positive. I hope there’s a solution. I’ve been talking to Barcelona for days and everything is ready,” Xavi told Tot Costa after their Wednesday 3-3 draw.
His sentiments came at a time when delegates from Barcelona were snapped in Al Sadd’s game on Wednesday as negotiations continue.
Barcelona are set to complete the agreement with Xavi and Al-Sadd, confirmed. It’s matter of time.
