England squad

England coach Gareth Southgate has named his final squad of 2021 as he looks to wrap up qualification for the upcoming World Cup tournament. 

Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has been recalled alongside Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold and Jude Bellingham. However, Jadon Sancho and Kieran Trippier have been left out of England’s squad for November’s World Cup qualifiers against Albania and San Marino.

England’s 23-man squad

Defenders: Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool), Ben Chilwell (Chelsea), Conor Coady (Wolves), Reece James (Chelsea), Harry Maguire (Manchester United), Tyrone Mings (Aston Villa), Luke Shaw (Manchester United), John Stones (Manchester City), Kyle Walker (Manchester City)

Midfielders: Jude Bellingham (Borussia Dortmund), Jordan Henderson (Liverpool), Mason Mount (Chelsea), Kalvin Phillips (Leeds), Declan Rice (West Ham), James Ward-Prowse (Southampton)

Forwards: Tammy Abraham (Roma), Phil Foden (Manchester City), Jack Grealish (Manchester City), Harry Kane (Tottenham), Bukayo Saka (Arsenal), Marcus Rashford (Manchester United), Raheem Sterling (Manchester City).

The Three Lions, who are unbeaten so far on the road to Qatar will play hosts to Albania at Wembley before taking on San Marino in the final group stage match on November 15th.
