Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger is remaining tight-lipped over his future at the club as speculations continue as to where he will be in the summer.
The center-back will be able to walk away for free in the summer as he is yet to ink a new deal with the Blues even though there are reports that negotiations have been going on between his representatives and the club over an improved deal.
Asked about his future at the club after their win over Newcastle United on Saturday, Rudiger said as quoted by Metro: “The most important thing is that I feel happy here… It was how I said it would be after the Euros – there would be talks. There was a talk between Marina and my agent.
“We have the situation where we are at now and I have nothing to do with all the speculation. This is not in my mind.”
There are reports that the German wants to be one of the highest earners in the team and will settle for nothing less as other teams monitor his situation at the Bridge.
Speculations have been rife that Rudiger wants to return to his native Germany with Bayern Munich among teams said to be interested in his services. Apart from Bayern, Juventus and Real Madrid are the other clubs linked with the player.
