Jadon Sancho’s move to Manchester United is edging closer with Borussia Dortmund said to have settled on his replacement.

The Telegraph reports that Dortmund will be going all out for 24-year-old Werder Bremen winger Milot Rashica as the replacement for the England international; RB Leipzig being the other team said to be interested in the winger.

The new developments come at a time when Dortmund was being linked with a move for Valencia’s Ferran Torres but the player wants to stay in Spain with a series of Laliga clubs also interested in his services.

Dortmund will demand nothing less than £100 million according to reports and a deal with United is said to have stalled because the English giants want to pay £20 million less than what the Bundesliga giants are asking.

The 2020/21 season begins on the weekend of September 11th and by that time, both teams will hope that they will have reached an agreement over the player who is destined to return to England after the likes of Real Madrid having pulled out of the deal.

Previous reports claimed that Dortmund have slapped a 10th August deadline on the negotiations so that they themselves are left adequate time to replace the Englishman.
