Tottenham Hotspurs is willing to let defender Danny Rose sign permanently for Newcastle as long as they can get Allan Saint-Maximin.
Maximin has been one of the brightest players in the Newcastle side after the Premier League restart and it has been reported that Spurs manager Jose Mourinho is an admirer.
The Daily Mail reports that Spurs are looking for players who can boost their attack and see the winger as one player who can slot in the team without any struggles and would go for him instead of roping in a player from a foreign league.
Apart from Danny Rose, the report indicate that Spurs might be willing to let Juan Foyth move the other way in order to sign the Frenchman.
The 23-year-old came through the youth ranks at AS Saint-Etienne and had stints at Monaco, Hannover, Bastia, before joining OGC Nice. He stayed at the club for two years, before signing for Newcastle last summer.
Maximin who has featured for the French U21 team has so far scored four goals in the 26 games he has managed for Newcastle United and is believed to be under the radar of Paris Saint Germain too
There are claims that Newcastle is already preparing for life without the winger with the club already in the market where there is reported interest in Roma striker Patrik Schick, Arnaud Lusamba of Nice, Benfica’s Florentino Luis, Ben Godfrey of Norwich and Facundo Pellistri from Atletico Penarol.
