Kylian Mbappé had time to talk about his references in football. The PSG player chose Cristiano Ronaldo’s bicycle kick against Buffon, still as Real Madrid player as the best goal he’s seen.

Paris Saint-Germain player Kylian Mbappé gave a statement to ‘beIN Sports’ in which he reviewed his successful career as a professional player.

When it came to choosing his childhood idols, the PSG starlet commented: “I really liked Ronaldo and during the time we had the duel between Cristiano and Messi I enjoyed it very much.”

He also pointed out to his scoring partner in the Parisian team: “I played with Neymar too, who was an idol when I was little. And there are a lot of players I admire too.”

In addition, he chose Cristiano Ronaldo’s bicycle kick in the Champions League as the best he can remember: “I think Ronaldo’s goal against Buffon is the best. I had the chance to play with Gigi and we talked about that goal and how it felt, so I think I’ll stick with that one.”

Finally, he spoke about his most important goal: “I would say that my most important goal is the one I scored in the World Cup final against Croatia. Choosing one is difficult, because I remember all the goals I scored. But in my mind I always have the most important one, which is the one against Croatia.”
